Charges for a birthday party are determined by the number of children and by the destination.

There is a 1.5 hour minimum in Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Fremont, Pittsburg, and Castro Valley, Patterson, and Lodi.  Additional time and fees will be applied for San Francisco, the Peninsula, San Jose and Sacramento areas.

Corporate Events, Grand Openings, School Events, Church Activities, Company Picnics, Holiday Parties, etc., are calculated differently by number of attendees, location, number of hours and specific dates.

Deposit

A deposit is required to hold your reservation. Ravioli will determine how much the deposit will be when you book the event. Please go to the “Contact Ravioli” page of this website for the address and other specifics.

Please note that your deposit is not refundable, because Ravioli has held your date for you and turned away business. If you cancel the event 14 days or fewer before the date, the entire amount of the deposit is forfeited. If there is a cancellation 15 days or more before the event, the deposit will be applied to a future event.   Extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
 

The balance is due on the day of your event in cash, check or money order made payable to Ravioli the Clown.
